ABOUT HOMIES
Homies was created by property investors, for property investors. We’ve tried almost every event, mastermind and course going over the years and the one thing that always seemed to be missing was the support to develop and sustain the personal and professional relationships that are crucial to success in this industry.
Carole Neales and John Colcough launched Homies in 2019 and between them have completed over 8.8 million pounds of worth of property developments and have 5.4 million pounds worth of property developments in hand. They have experience converting properties from small 3 bed HMOs through to large 12 beds, from commercial conversions to 5 flats and buying land to develop. Both Carole and John operate across the country but predominantly in Stoke-on-Trent and Greater Manchester.
